view with incomplete reference part

I've done a pretty big set, with goats and other carpentry facilities. as I placed in the axieme an existing carpentry that I use as a reference (so I set it such) in the table I see it drawn, as it is right, but incomplete. How can I do that because you see it all, always treated? thanks
