Hello, everyone! I use catia v5r21 and I have realized the various components of the desmodromic distribution ( camshaft, opening and closing balances and valve). I have now gone to the assembly with no few difficulties. In particular I cannot find a just bond that allows me to always keep in touch with the external sup of the cam. if I try to make contact bond, it gives me as possible only a line bond that however does not recognize me when I pass to the ambiene kinematics. In addition, when I insert this constraint goes to select only one part of the cam sup and not the complete surface. Is there anyone who can help me? I hope I've explained my best

I don't know kinematics.

I attach two tables with the possibility of bonding according to the geometries, hoping they can be useful to you.. .

Sometimes it can be helpful to create curves, put points, lines or act on the radius center by setting it as offset and so on.

try to insert on the cam a curve obtained by intersection, insert a point in the center radius side of the scale and a point in the center of the rotation of the balance and then act with the constraints on those.

important then block the rotation axes of the mechanisms with the ancoretta.
