This is my first post in the forum...even if I read you for years (and thank you for saving me precious time on many occasions)!
Recently we have changed the management of semi-finished products in the company and assemblies that were previously modeled as real must be made virtual, keeping "real" the parts that make it. I make an example: together viteria (vite+ washers+dado) before it was real, now it has to be saved internally to the aid, making it virtual (leaving lives+ washers+ royal dice). clearly beyond bolting the same principle line applies to other more complex semi-finished products. when I open the assieme father and with the virtual dx button the subassieme (bulloneria in this case), automatically become virtual even the parts that make it (lives etc.) and does not appear the message in which you ask if to make only the assieme or even the parts that make it virtual. The message appears. verification in system options of not inhibiting it

Hello, I confirm. The same thing happened to me in the past. I had inhibited it by mistake

Thank you both. I had actually inhibited the message, to reactivate it I went into the system settings and checked: "If you make a virtual component you interrupt the connection to the external file" (not very intuitive actually). Thank you again!
