Visi 2018 e agie agiecut v3

Hello everyone, I ask your opinion about a problem we have here at work. the problem concerns compatibility between visi (in general, we have 2018) and our electroerosion agies, model agiecut v3.

There is no problem with the right cuts, but they arise when we have to do conical work. all the time is a clash because if the program on the pc is fine when I go to place the machine to work I can never get the figure I need. It is usually undersized compared to the design.

Does anyone have this kind of problem between software and machine?

until a couple of years ago we had pcams and it worked well. what was not working was their assistance service and that was the cause we decided to try other ways.

the wire package in visi v 2018, works very well.
I've never heard of the problems you're talking about.
according to me is a problem of setting/offset/post processor
to understand where exactly wrong you need to contact assistance
and do field tests with them.
