visibility section pane

Good morning, as a beginner I ask help to restore the section pane that I had "hidden" and which is no longer displayed in view 3d, I have already tried from "graphic view-visibility-categories of annotations" by activating the "section square" pane but nothing, I also tried from "ownership", still nothing, what do I do?? Thank you.

at the bottom of the window you have buttons; press the bulb. hidden objects will appear red colored; select the section pane and ribbon or right-click choose "discover item"
