visual sketch problem

hello to all boys,
I've been following you for a while, but I've found nothing and I've written

Anyway... following various tutorials around, I noticed that by selecting a face, then pressing on sketch, the visual already sets it correctly in front.
instead on my solidworks 2016, this is not happening, I have to put myself with the correct visual, and it is definitely more uncomfortable.
Does anyone have any ideas?
