in project plants appear double and overlapping the design and comparison section lines.

If you look at the image you see very well that the lines overlap.
Now it is clear that by duplicating the sections, one in project phase, the other comparative phase and so on they also duplicate the respective annotations. under a certain point of view this has a logic.

I imagine you're working with duplicate views, obvious, where you need to organize filter and phase like this.

phase filter = shows all
phase = factual state

phase filter = comparative
phase = project status

phase filter = project status
phase = project status

You will see that you will no longer have the overlap of anything because each phase will be correct.
