visualnastran da solidworks

Hello, everyone. .
Unfortunately for various problems I had to stop drawing just as I was learning something about solidworks and visualnastran! sigh!
In particular, I remember that with a key combination it was possible in solidworks to enable a macro for which the pulsate appeared to export the design directly to visualnastran. I don't know if I was clear.
Would someone be so kind to remind me how to do it? I'm trying in every way and with any search engine!

you must have installed visualnastran as well as sw. for accuracy you have to install visualnastran after installing sw.the export bar should appear automatically if not if I don't remember badly it was in -> tools added and you go to enable what you want to start.

visualnastran is installed.. and in possible additions of sw does not appear.

you looked at if you don't need a visualnastan patch for the corresponding version of solidworks. then did you update sw while you had acnora installed vn?? because if so you have to reinstall it vn. does the vn toolbar not even appear to you by doing dx on a blank space near the bars of classical instruments or dx on the tabs of the function menus, sketches etc? ?

thank you very much for the availability! cmq I solved by importing the piece into visualnastran, fortunately it was not a set!
cmq reading some interventions on this forum I realized that visualnastran is on a dead track, so I don't know what sense he has to learn how to use it. I'll try with ansys but it seems pretty complicated already!
