I have recently read some statements that vocational qualifications would not be considered higher secondary school diplomas. I must refute this claim because the diplomas of professional qualification are qualifications issued by higher secondary education institutions after passing the state examination, pursuant to Article 191 of Legislative Decree No. 297 of 16 April 1994, are, among other things, required in some cases, for admission to competitions and public.
These diplomas are also included in the list of international classification of occupations “international standard classification of education (isced-97) ” in level 3 as upper secondary education.
