walk or navigate together or building in 3d

hello to everyone, I tried to search in the forum and the web but nothing....maybe I did not use exact terms.
I practically created a plant and I have to create a video where I walk inside....I tried with "passeggia" in inventor and in navisworks but with little results.
maybe navisworks and more practical because you move with the keyboard but inventor you have to use the mouse and does not leave a good job ....someone can help me? Are there any other software that allow it?
Maybe I have to set something differently than I don't know...

Yes, it is!
I just need to study it for a moment to see if I can record the video and improve the quality.
