wall base association.

Good morning to all,
I have a problem with the association of the base of a wall to a floor.
the floor is a circular crown tilted on a dial and on the inner thread of the crown I placed a circular wall, when they select it to associate the base with the floor it gives me error. I tried to reverse carrying the floor above and the wall below and to associate the top and perform it without problems. What's wrong?

He told me that he couldn't keep the elements together, I split the circular wall the 4 sectors and now it works.
