on some industrial plants of our production we make water pipelines with operating pressures between 2 and 5 bars and pipes ranging from dn40 to dn300 more or less.
I wanted to know if there are any rules to check the seal before the plant starts. like something that says to test the circuit at a x-volte pressure higher than that of exercise for a tot of time and verify that there are no losses.

Something like that.

Yes, in practice (and I hope the ped norms buy them) I would like to know what kind of testing is necessary to have a system in order.
all the material with which the plant is built (tubes, valves, tanks) is material from trade therefore guaranteed and certified, but once put everything together I think it should be tested to have the blessing.

as far as I know for free fur tanks many in Italy refer to Austrian standards. it takes special equipment if the tanks are very large to establish the loss. 1/10 mm are several liters leaving!
in Italy I know that the newcontec sells a equipment for testing tanks and pipelines, from those sewers to high pressure circuits. www.nuovacontec.com. .
