software to be used occasionally for whole machines: Me10, autocade.
we also valuate free professionals to insert for medium/long periods in our technical office.
It is possible for the future to evaluate young people of study (mechanical experts and industrial engineers) for training, who intend to become designers and mechanical designers of complex machinery.

Hello elcastigamatt,
I would say that carpentry, cauldron and piping are things that exult above all the second from our industry.
we need to know a lot about mechanics, heavy carpentry and structural, mechanical organs, cylinders, jacks, guides, skates, special systems. piping is not designed and is managed differently.
as a training path to be done if you can start talking in September I believe, because now we are focused on completing the challenging orders.

the training path for young designers/projectists foresees, after understanding the basic level (which is hoped not just for school), a side by side with senior designers who will explain the machines that are planning and will pass immediately to put in particular table (from the simplest to grow of difficulty).
if the reactivity is good, a series of details that form axioms can be realized in guided mode. and so to grow until you acquire familiarity and knowledge. then there will be or may be, targeted lessons or on machines, or on some mechanical components etc.
then we print, we become distinct, we go down to the workshop to see and understand the problems, make changes etc. all this form the designer technician.
It is clear that in order to do this it takes some time that in these months we have failed.
