In summary, I do not know if the mode of representation is correct (in 3d the welding seems to me "burnt") or it is advisable to make only a table indicating the size and shape of the welding cord.

in the table you must necessarily indicate the welding if this is to be done. the worker must neither invent nor imagine anything.
then you can well leave the edge without welding and insert a final treatment annotation on the table
or bring the game of the edge-flangia function to 0.01 and have no brute (to be noticed that in the table is not represented as welding but as continuity of the sheet)
for welding indications is a normal angle welding.
