Hello, guys, as you know, I'm on the top of my arms, but I'm doing good steps ahead. I hope in the future I too can be useful to other people, on this forum. I was thinking about the organization of the archive and I got a doubt about the compound pieces... or better to say "saldati". we have so many...to make you an example...a welded frame composed of upn beams and welded plates... is only one code but how do you compose it? the code is a...but there are 4/5 pieces...make a subaxieme but then the various parts that make it as I call it? ...I tried to do everything in a part and there are no problems, but in the putting on the table then does not show me the lines of coupling...type between two welded dishes, precisely because doing everything in a part the pieces are "fused" between them.but making a subaxieme for each particular compound becomes an unmanageable archive. . .especially...how to name the parts that make up the particular final (the latter obviously will have a company code) thanks!

hi if you are at first I suggest you create an asm file for each prt and I will explain why, you put that you have your own together with all the components mounted as prt and if suddenly you have to plant a commercial in a particular we say a plug in a prt file you can not, you must then replace the prt file with an asm file that contains the prt plus plug.

This is not my sack's flour, but that's what two big companies are doing here in Bologna.

only thing I would suggest is that both companies use the following system:

I also recommend you to make an asm for the frame and many prts for the individual components that you can easily replace or edit, if you do a prt of the frame and you have to delete or suppress a piece made with a feature you go to tilt all the others that use that as references. If you do the same thing in one of the most you have to redefine the constraints.

I arranged like this:

pippo-10 assembly set, which contains
pippo-20 together worked, "
pippo-30 together welded, "
pippo-3001 special 1
pippo-3002 particular 2
pippo-3003 special 3

so it is easy also get the necessary separate and cut list
