Good morning.
I am meeting companies that to perform welded carpenters prefer to use a set with each single cut modeled as part.
At this moment I am collaborating with a small but organized company that works in this way every \body cut a codified part and with its own table, also a 80x80x3 tube along 1 meter straight cut without holes in it has its table and its code.
I personally find it absurd I am used to using the multi body but maybe I stayed behind and in case I abide, I would like your opinion.

in order to understand the reasons for this choice, we should fall into the company reality. sometimes it is due to the connection with the management (which could be radiated) sometimes habit. remains the fact that, if you want the boards of all components and you want a code for each component, it is better to go together and let the welds lose. welded are comfortable when the information contained in separate welded elements (material, length and cut angles) is sufficient to produce the particular. in case of large assemblies welded are not simplifiable geometrically, with assemblies it is easier to simplify in various ways...

Good morning bass band, I work this way. I draw the welded as assemblies. this because the way of working carpenters has changed over the last 5/6 years. All now cut both plates and laser profiles, so they need a complete set of the axieme. a piece can be used in multiple welded assemblies, so they don't do anything about quantity "singles", but they need to have total quantities.
