welded structures with simulation

Hello.
I have to make a check on a welded structure composed of tubular and sheet. I did a fem verification with simulation where I didn't model the welds.
But unfortunately I do not know how to obtain the forces that exchange the various tubular elements in order to carry out a verification of the welds with Eurocodes.
Is there a way to see the forces to which an element is subject in the face of contact with another element? in practice, can you see what are the agents forces then perform a check of welding?
an example: as seen from the attached image I applied a load of 10000 n to the face of the horizontal plate. going to see the forces of the mobile body, and selecting the face of the welding in contact with the horizontal plate, I turn out the forces that are seen in the image, in particular in the direction x turns out a force of 3220 n. from theory, instead, this force should be 5000 n! so going to see the forces of the mobile body is not the correct way to find the forces exchanged between the elements?
Thank you.

not seeing what kind of mesh you did we can't understand if you did a good job. you must have at least 3 solid elements for each sigh, so that you can have a realistic result.
I think you have to use constraints and try, a little like you do with the ground bolt command of foundation....or use the welding connector.
How did you do that?
