welding cord between pipe and flange

Hi.
I am welding or at least trying .. a tube with a ring flange I prepare 2+2 bevels and then I make a cord inside the bevels .. why I keep giving error with the channeled welding command? maybe because in round it does not digest it . igo image.

I honestly don't remember well, but I think this kind of weld cord exists since the 2010 version. However 2011 does it for sure.

try to divide the face of each bevel into two (divid command) then do the grooved welding a couple of faces at a time.

Great diegus, it works. The only thing is that we can't see the texture of the welding, but there is a surface with shadows, perhaps because it's curved?
