welding washer+dado blind

Good morning to all.. I disturb you to ask for a new advice.
I created a multibody design formed by a washer and a blind dice din 1587 m8 (designed by me).
this blind nut must be welded in a concentric position of a washer face than it, going to align to the hole of 8 mm with the m8 of the blind nut.
I must therefore make a welding... 3 points, to make the two components solid.. and here comes the problem... I can't.
I used both the "welding bolt" and "connection arm" command, but without results. in the first I am not returned errors, but at the level of display the cord is not there... even if it increases its diameter.
In the second case, it is reported that there are no shared virtual borders.

I honestly don't know how to solve this. .

However when inserting welds must be active the display of the same displays>hidden/mostra> welding device

Yes, I need you to see why it is a drawing that ends in the hands of a carpentry located abroad with obvious problems of reading drawings... and I need every important thing of the design to be clearly visible in order to avoid problems!
