Good morning to all!!

I am new in the forum and I found it by doing a google search to see what are the software alternatives to create 3d models of parts that I would then be interested in making from water cutting machines.

I press that 3d modeling is a completely unknown environment to me but as in all I imagine that with a little practice and some tutorials I should be able to draw the mechanical parts that interest me (parts of air filters, custom motorcycle rims... nothing complicated therefore).

my only experience is with autocad, on which I only have a little experience in drawing 2d.

I have to make parts for a custom bike and the simple laser cutting of shapes on sheet metal is no longer enough for the level of aesthetic processing that I want to give to the parts. I would therefore like to try with 3d modeling; so doing I could see in three-dimensional preview what I create and I could then export it to a compatible file for cnc machines and maybe just to water cutting machines.

So my question is simple: What 3d modeling software should I learn to use? I would like the answer to take account of the cost of software Since spending thousands of euros is impossible for me.

Thank you for giving me an opinion!

Say hi!

David
