looking at the image are all "technical" features
extrusions, holes, revolutions and fittings,
style serves for another thing.

I suggest you detect the odds from the drawing, to manazza, with the double-decimeter... ;-)

I believe that isdx (or style that you want) needs to import an image as a background and "recalcarla". in this case the menu is styling/trace sketch. if instead the file is in pdf format you can try to convert it to ai (illustrator) and upload it as geometry.

Yes, correct, with 2 orthogonal views, manages to reconstruct the model 3d ( simple !!! = holes, extrusions - revolutions )
but in this case, it is not possible, the top view is not complete, and the information from view 3d is not useful.
for this model, it is necessary to "interpret" the views. .

on other cad I know that there is a specific command, but in proe there is a command that does it automatically?

in proe, according to what you can use 3 ways:
a) if you have images ( sketch ) front - top -left, you can use the isdx module that allows you to create curves/surfaces, not "technical" feature
b) if you have a dxf/dwg/etc file with views you can "ten" to use the autobuildz module
that creates delel feature (extrusion/revolution/hole) but entities must be defined, which in this case is not.
c) "a-old" models the features one at a time, taking with double-decimeter, the odds from the design.... ;-)

I found tutorials around, but I didn't know if it's a module apart or already in the proe package, I can't find the menu

the isdx is a module, so you have to have a specific license ( surfaces ? .isdx 2 ? )
If not, you can only get one of his under set of commands... ( foundation)

autobuild z is a "plugin" that you can download from the ptc and install,
there is a beautiful tutorial/help inside, with the steps to take,
to create a 3d model from a dxf
