widespread drawing management in assembly department

Hello.
I would like to know if there is a valid method to ensure that the drawings printed in technical equipment for the production (assembly machines on orders), after completing the assembly, they all return to technical without any being lost or subtracted (possibly they could return with notes or written modifications purpose improvement to which it will follow possible revision).
