windchill 9.0 - released to in work

Hi.
I created a family table and released the father's design, so in windchill the state passed on released and I can't change it if I don't create a new revision, which seems to me the only way to bring the state up in work. but I just want to add a line in the family table and I don't want to do this by editing a design every time.
Can anyone help me?

just to understand (I use the Italian version of pdmlink): I imagine that the released state corresponds to my "production", and your "in work" to my "in processing".
Maybe I didn't understand the problem, in case you correct me.
you want to add a line to the family table, and so doing you do not issue a new revision of the design, but you automatically increase the iteration (together they constitute the version: version=revision.iteration).
So I think you don't need the father's state to go back to work. Also because, once you check out you have "exclusive on changes", so whoever wants to try to do the same, will see that it can not do it.

I think it is propio due to windchill: when you release a design, then, you can change it but only if you increase the revision and then follow the whole issue of a revision. usual bureaucracy
I am now trying to ask the system administrator if at least he can change the state of the life cycle without necessarily having to increase the revision of the design.
