Hello, why every time I do actions open with pro and add the component to the active workspace with the risk of having 6000 files in local memory? is there already a command add to workspace?

very simple, depends on the rule set by the administrator on cad objects. as wc manages "transparently" the dependencies between the files at check-in, the best way to keep the local workspace clean (=client side) is to do "add to workspace" by marking only the objects that are intended to change, nothing else. The rest of it is wc.

I understand, but I don't want to change anything, I just want to open a file to see it.
I do not mess up and have a file buridone in the workspaces, I go to create a workspace that I will activate to view the files, then occasionally I will go to remove the objects. Can it be a road?

I do as you just wrote, but I recommend not to remove "everything" objects.
I systematically clean it as soon as I finished viewing what I needed.
This way I keep pdmlink cache low...

if you just want to see a prt/asm/drw file directly on the commonspace of wc you need productview, but you should already have it installed... no?!? ! ?

Then you have to check out the file from which you want to copy, copy where you want, and then when you're done doing that, cancel the checkout so you don't risk messing up.
which is then what windchill doesn't want and so doesn't make you feel good enough to spoil the files of others.
