Good morning to all,
Would anyone explain to me how to create a window with a tilted face? ?
all default windows are rectangular or square, but if I wanted to insert a triangular or trapezoidal lock into the project? ?
I tried to create a new family using "meter window" but I can't give a tilt parameter to the top floor!
I also tried to create a vacuum but when I cut geometry tells me that a family cannot have an opening and a cut in the same host!
Maybe I have to choose another kind of family? ? ?

hi, you have to start from a window-based family, then delete the vacuum that was created with 'open cutting' and create an ad hoc vacuum that you manage with the reference plans.
in the example the vacuum with triangular face is controlled by the arrow size, but you can handle it as you like.

I had tried to erase the void but without success. I probably had wrongly selected the box. I created the window using a wall-based family!
the problem is that revit now sees me as a component and not as a window... That's good for now!

if the shape is really random you can not do.
if the shape is parameterizable just nest a family tightening.
Obviously the parameters of the main family and the secondary family must correspond.
