hi to all, in March 2018 we installed the release 2018 of inventor....we started with uninstalling all autodesk products on all pcs, a nice cleaning with ccleaner and then we started with the installation of 2018. from here were born problems...practically after a while we use inventor no longer gives me preview of the files but simply shows inventor icons (ipt, iam, ideas, etc...). to return to display icons we have to restart the pc. are all windows 10, except 1 that windows 7 where the problem is greater but let it lose because it will be replaced with 10. the assistance of my dealer has not been able to help me (pirai that novelty! on 10 problems solve only 1? ).
Has anyone happened yet? Now we have to install 2019 and since I have to do it on more than 20 pcs I would not find myself with the same problem.
