work area vs profiles

but will it be possible that you still have to fight with these things? the work area and profiles seem to do the same things and instead no, there are some differences and one of them is that the rescue format can be set only in the profiles. and since the profiles I find them uncomfortable unlike the working areas, I was wondering if you can set them in a drop-down menu or create ad hoc icons.

Sorry, but through which, you should find your workspace among those available.
copy the acad.cuix file somewhere by remoninating it (eg. lattu.cuix)
when you want to restore it always from which, transfer card, open the lattu.cuix in the right panel and amounts in the "customize mail file" exclusively your workspace.
only that it is more elaborate than importing/exporting a profile.

I had misreaded, so I can't stop answering a different question. .
However why change the profile, to save in a different file format?
if instead of the simple save, use saveas, you have under the file name the type of rescue format.

It is not that you have responded badly, I have explained badly because besides having to save in different formats I also need a different set of icons (with a company I do 3d, with the other 2d, with others I still have to just quote....) and every company asks a specific format. talking about profiles could be subtent but better to be always clear.
