work on xrif

I would like to know if it is possible, on a drawing containing xrifs, to open via lisp a xrif and to execute on the same as any commands, type ssget, or modifications to entity, or addition of polylines, etc..., obviously always through lisp functions.
I thank all those who can give me some indication on this.
