What kind of programs do you mean? I don't understand. .
cad programs? free??? then for what purpose, if you already have your cad.

Maybe you mean double screen management? In case, it's the video card that does. its drivers would be the "program" you're interested in. you have to make sure that your card allows it, even physically with double output dvi or/e hdmi; then connect the 2 monitors, enter the card management program and choose which type of "double display" use. . That's all.
