wrong scale imported dwg

I have a problem in using the new inventor function 2016 that imports dwg submitted to project geometry, the problem is that the scale of the design is not correct.
I checked in the autocad design, but there the scale is correct.
I have the feeling that it considers the measurements in inches but I do not know how to get out of this problem, I hope a suggestion from experts.
for the moment I broke the coll and used the design by climbing it in sketchy environment, but I would like to understand how to keep the connection active and exploit the adactivity.

I did not install 2016 so I am not sure of the problem: However in autocad you can use the "unit" command to verify (and change) the units of measurement of the design.

if, as the catafract says, type: "unit", in the dialog box in addition to the settling of the unit there is also "unit for the scale adaptation of the inserted content".
I don't know if there's anything to do with it, but did you check that in mm too?

I thought once I set the insertion design unit as an image,but I actually found that the unit variable and that of the image are not the same thing
