finally autodesk provides an update through the installation of a "service pack" file on the site:http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteid=123112&id=12828862the sp updates the files, without repeating the installation, as it happened in the previous versions.
then using the "english" version the commands remain in Italian, while the instructions, help, and more is (over) written in English.

hi gfrank, my help remained in Italian, certainly now the reference plans are read. other changes icon sections, columns.. .

I confirm. I was all Italian, too. I still have to work to see the real changes... .
