year scale

Good morning
I have already asked such a question but the answer is not clear to me; I also tried to follow the directions of the various tutorials; I click on spun and select various amenities but I do not come to the head of anything.
I come to the point: I designed a tree and in the layout stage I put a 1:2 scale to make it enter a sheet a4; result: the odds are unreadable.
I attach my file: Could someone explain me passage through what I have to do to make the text of the legible and decent quotas?
the autocad version I use is 2018.

because instead of a dwg you have attached a dxf I do not understand it, but some questions and considerations:
- the design is not mechanical (in model space there are no amscarea command windows), why the discussion in this section?
- I have selected a couple of odds and have as annotative property no; the quota style has as properties in fit the factor of scale and not the annotative one
- the tree window is 1:2 scale but the annotation scale is 1:1
- the correct annotation scale is 1:1 (cannoscalevalue control)

solution:
- if you are using mechanical annotation scales do not serve, but you have to use the amscarea command that from the model space rea a window in the layout space with the desired scale factor adapting quotas, texts and symbols.
- if you're using autocad:
in model space:
select the odds, in the property panel, in the various tab you write down.
select the odds and the list of annotation scales select 1:2
in layout space:
select the tree window
in the properties in the various tab changes the display from no to yes
in annotation scale select 1:2

I missed the second step, the one to do in the paper space.
only annotation: actually the display should be changed from yes to no.
I write in case the problem arises also to others: it is useless to always repropose the same problems.

p.s I saved in dxf because it is the format that proposed me autocad when I saved in version 2013.

I thought something. instead of making the quotas annotative one by one, I went on my quota (indicated as iso 25 by autocad) and I put the tick on quotas-> suitable--> annotative, thinking that I modified them all by shot. Well, it didn't happen. Do you have a solution for this? ?
I mean, make all quotas annotative.

What you did is valid only for the new quotas, not for the previous ones.

select all the design with ctrl+a, in the property table at the top expand the curtain where the type of entity selected is specified, select the various types of quota you used (wheeled, aligned, diameter, radius...) and set it as an annotative. repeat for all types of quota used.
I never used them so I don't know any other methods. Maybe reading the guide indicates a command to do so
