hi everyone.reading the various cad-cam discussions etc. I noticed that the vast majority of operators in the mechanical sector use sw like solidedge,solidwork,catia,inventor.ora I was wondering as a small user why it never mentions or almost hypercad? there are particular motivations?is little known?or does not hold comparison with competition?

forum discussions reflect, at least in part, the popularity of software. widespread software have many discussions, thanks to their many users. hypercad probably has fewer users, perhaps due to the fact that it is a specific software, in fact I read on the official website of the cad, "a cad solution designed specifically to simplify to the maximum the tasks of a nc programmer."

However I have never seen it, I have powers to express judges on the quality of the product.

hi gil.in fact the reasons for the little use could be multiple, but also commercial. hypercad is a product marketed by openmind along with hypermill, but if I do not erro (if I correct it) hypercad comes from the thinkdesign platform, historical product of think3,which in the past had some legal events but that now I think it has resumed the path.Perse these scramblings joined perhaps at a not quite affordable cost have made shadow on this product?I would like to know opinion of who currently use this product
