Bye to all,
In these days I should work with 2d proe files, a program that I do not have, so I find myself a series of .drw that I would like to convert to dxf in order to be able to work, would you have some program to recommend me able to perform conversion?

thanks to all

conversion to dxf or dwg I could do it, since I have pro/e, if you trust me.
the problem is that you should pass me drw files and prt or asm files connected to do one thing quickly.

thanks maxopus,
I just think it's not the case, in total it's about a dvd of files... it's just a complex to trade... thank you very much omunque of the proposal! !

or buy proe and work with that:finger:

jokes aside.. Maybe you can try with some viewers.. edrawing for example? Have you tried?

You upload the data to a ftp, or you send the dvd, I don't see big problems and I don't see many alternatives unless you buy a license, as my colleague says:

but why do not use all proes so there are no problems of conversion?

I don't know why to use those media programs. .
:bekle:it is not better to take a good thing so you do everything? If everyone thought so there wouldn't even be so many problems x data exchange. .

You're gonna give me a percentage for advertising?)

Bye to all,
I have a similar problem: where I work the archive of old drawings was made with the 4d personal design program, which ran until yesterday on a very old pc.
Unfortunately the pc is k.o. I wanted to know how to convert the file, otherwise I don't know how to recover the archive and how I can change it.

Thank you all! !

Hi.
If you can't install personal 4d design on another working pc, the only way to try to review old designs is to go through a viewer, edrawing type, on the net there are many that in theory promise miracles and in practice results are very disappointing.
However if you are lucky and find the right one, once you open the drawings, you can create pdf, jpg, bmp or, in the best case, the dwg that could allow you even when little change ...otherwise remodel with the new sofware.
Say hi.

Perhaps the best thing is to find an old pc on which to reinstall design 4d:biggrin:

I also had the same problem. I found two paid viewers:
http://www.rasterex.com/buy/us.aspxhttp://www.draftware.com/html/dvpd.htmthere is also the possibility of converting them as well as viewing them (with more expensive versions), the problem is that in the first site I have difficulty in making the purchase (the ecommerce site works badly and do not convince me much with the payments) and in the second the program costs more and it is always from a foreign supplier who hardly convinces me with the invoice/iva speech.
I'm looking for other software that can replace them, but I understand they don't exist. (fileviewpro says it can open them but only with the paid version)
pro/engineer say that you can open personal designer drw files?
