I have no win7 pro 64b but could it be that those files you see were opened and saved under r20 at least once?

Yes, in fact if you open the files you do not see and save them with r20 then the preview appears. but when you restart the pc the situation changes; previews disappear again.
I think it's an incompatibility between cv5 sp4 and win 7 pro.
I am curious though to know if other users, with win 7, find the same problem.

you for the rest everything ok, also the performances are improved (especially in win7 64bit).
But the preview bug is really frustrating.
we have all the encoded files and therefore it is difficult to remember the codes by memory: mad: the previews helped a lot.

I only remember that for a period the previews appeared even if in very slow progression.
