design of a house

Hey, guys.
soon I will start a max 3ds course and ask for your help: the teacher asked me if I own a building model made with revit, so that I can work on it to learn how to use 3ds max. (the project should be complete with rounds, thresholds, and all other details).
Now I ask you dear friends if you already have such a model made with revit, I would be very grateful.

1. among the software used citi revit architecture and have you never made a plan of a house?
2. Couldn't the teacher give you a 3d model made with revit with everything you need?

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to try seriously revit (except for some small modeling, but a very good thing). for this reason I asked you about the forum if someone was willing to give a project any of a building (Monday I begin the course and for a complete project I would really put so much time as I am not an expert on revit). I was also asking for compatibility between revit and 3ds 8 I am very curious about it).
the teacher told me that he has nothing done with revit since he does not know how to use that program (the teacher is a guy who knows how to use 3ds and who provides me with personalized courses. is not an accredited self-desk teacher to understand us.. . ).
I hope I don't ask too much anyway, guys.
(who will be able to give a project, I will give it high definition internal and external renderings at the end of the course, so that I also evaluate the course I attended together. )

nb: the programs that will teach me that boy will be 3d studio max, v-ray and photoshop.

We will use the 2012 version of 3d studio max (not the design version).
Yes, in the package there is also some mental rey and even maxwell if it will serve.

Well, if he's the one who's moving (we're talking net or gross?) I find it very reasonable!

Tristan I can't talk about neither net nor gross as it's a boy who's doing me a favor and so he won't release me a receipt. .

As for the design I would need in .rvt format (in order to open it in revit and add other things if necessary as lights, furniture etc.).

It weighs almost 20 mb (zipped), I can't send it by email but I can share it. Do you mind if I give you the file "old" made on revit 2011? I have it on the other laptop. (It is not that you change much, indeed...)
