Hello, I have a stp file I should extract from the complex some parts to put them on the table with quotas...the objects are many but I need only a few, how can I proceed? Thank you.

the converted step should generate an iam with its ipts (not bound ).

if it generates a unique but multibody ipt, just eliminate the components (body ) you don't need.

I find myself with a file with many separate solid bodies, you can create the table and then go to select each single solid body without having to create a file for each body?

a solution could be to create views in the multibody where you only see the portion that interests you and then in the tables select the view corresponding to what you want to quote

if you have a multibody go to the management board > creates components. It will make you a set called with the name of the ipt and so many ipts as are the body. So put in the table what you want. among other things you can also choose which body to convert and which ones not (also with the command creates part).
