published blocks_ amrefclose command

Good evening,
where I work have installed autocad mechanical 2018.
I have a problem I can't fix.
In previous versions, when I opened a block, after changing it, I closed the same by clicking on the icon that activated the amrefclose command.

now to carry out this operation I am forced to write in the text bar the command.
Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

when with the mouse I touch a block, autocad highlights it (as if the whole block increased in thickness). I don't know how to explain. Imagine a letter from the afabet that from normal becomes bold.
Is there any way to eliminate this annoying thing?

with some of the system variables of the link you posted I managed to remove the annoying luminescence that appeared systematically at the mouse passage over entities. I also had to manage some items with the check in the selection tab of autocad options. Anyway, I got it.

It's okay with the blocks. I put in the menu bar the icons that manage the lock, add it to the block, subtract to the block and copy in the block.

I wondered if it was possible to unleash this bar from the others and make it appear in the middle of the screen only when you hit a block, as you did once.
