I have two surfaces that come into contact, I need to create a unique body and then convert faces into a folded sheet!
How can you do that?

the surface would be insulation on the sheet, I need to reverse engineering on the surface to create a sheet! only that doesn't make me bend because it finds the intersected surfaces

because insulation is formed by a sound-absorbing layer and a layer of aluminum sheet so I need development to cut to size, I attach the sw file

write in the profile the version of solidworks so you avoid trying to open file versions not compatible.

Sorry, the version is sw 2020! because it is a special insulation, comes out a sheet roll+coibentation+aluminum

plate and insulation attachment: first figure original surfaces, second I copied the surfaces, third cut on themselves, fourth thickness and converted into sheet metal.
I think that in one way or another you can do it with sw.
