Good morning to all,
in the company, once every project is finished (60 parts or more) the need to divide the relevant drawings or processing files to the workshops. I make an example: some parts make dxf and they send to punch, some make the step for the cut, others do the table dwg and send to the pantograph. So, according to the discriminants that are already in the file properties, we know what to do.
At this point, the production manager comes and tells me: Can you give me all 2 mm files in aisi 304 to punch? Do you print all the drawings of the project? Can you give me all 3 mm punching files in s235?
Currently we have the bom exported to excell, from we filter them, we see the names of the parts and then we look for them in the hand pdm. and often, especially in the press, we do this several times because prints in the workshop remain clean and visible for a short time ^_^ .
Is there a faster and more reliable method?
Thank you.
