Hello, I am 21 years old and I am passionate about mechanical design, I have a diploma from aeronautical expert and a design certificate with catia-v5 software. If you want to pursue a career as a designer, what do you recommend me to start doing?

ok the problem is: in the country where I find myself I have no chance to experience or gain something I have the opportunity to face the university, so I was looking for advice on how to start from self-taught having a good base of mechanics so as to face the companies. at the moment the companies or small companies do nothing but look for only qualified personnel with experience min. 3/5 years. If you think you're working in the country, I think it's a little more complicated,
when I was working for customers in that area despite having more specific experience than all their engineers put together as a simple expert I struggled to make me accept.
You should make an exchange with "unsatisfied engineer"

better still would be to prepare a kind of "vademecum for the aspiring mechanical designer" that collects the most interesting and serious advice given in the forum over the years.
