benefits in the use of a graphic tablet?

I never used a table for cad 2d 3d, but I can see some videos.

as already mentioned
1) doesn't look like a graphic tablet, but a touch monitor, so another product
2) I who are a dashboard, I doubt I can draw so, without a support for the arm for more than half an hour. but my work goes from 8 to 10 hours.
