close a solid

Hello.
I ask you a help to understand why I can't create a solid from these surfaces.
I don't understand why open edges are being reported that seem to be lines.

the surfaces are closed but the problem is that there is a surface that is trimmed badly and by problems, try to rebuild it.

But why do you need a solid?

What do you think is the surface to be rebuilt?

I would like to create a solid and then export it to step and change it with solid edge.

Now I don't have a rhino in my hand and I go to memory

is a long and narrow surface on the side of the van about half height

I solid edge don't know it but in step you can export it even if it's not a solid, maybe there's some kind of command the solid works create that could solve these problems
