I don't know the dome, but in general you have to use the family of curved beams.
for the support ribs (from the top to the base of the dome), in a view of prospectus or section draws the "trave curve", (after editing a vertical working plan from a view of plant to be utilised for the design of the structure) and then by a view of duplicate plant with a radial matrix.
for the beams, from the view in the plant, draws the curve beam (circular or two semicircular) to the necessary levels
