I put a model in a simplistic way, since there is nothing about the help, in practice I have a cylindrical fixed cable casing (which is a guide) and internally I have placed another cylinder (concentric) the problem is that I can't understand how to define the two lines between the fixed and the mobile piece to prevent the connection of the two solids.

search the "limit couplings" guide you will see that you can set a race with a minimum limit and a maximum.
practically pair two faces that have to beat giving it 0 as a minimum and running length as maximum.
