I autocad on two pcs on one I built myself with work area/personalize my toolbar as you do to export bar of the 2010 autocad tools on another pc with autocad 2010.

open autocad with the work area that interests you, save a dwt file and use it as a default model on the other pc.

if you want to export the routes and all other settings use "exegui migration custom settings".

By the way. Does anyone know why when I change the work area when I return to my personalised, I have to put all the boxes back in place?

Maybe it's a problem origins But of course it's a good break. it would be nice if you could consolidate, as in fact remains between one session and the other of autocad, your work area in a stable way....

_wssettings

in the box that appears imposed "automatically save changes to the work area"

If lockui is set to 15, maybe damage is rare.. .
If lockui is set to 0... if it is not today it is tomorrow!

how do you save a dwt file and how do you do it from the other pc to import it?
Thank you.

I meant if I save by name and save as .dwt not only save the work area but also other things, I ask if you can save only the work area.

I did so:
on the first pc with the work area, I did save with file name .dwt, this file I opened it on the 2nd pc but the work area of the 1st pc did not open.

dwt does not contemplate customization of the user interface ( fortunately!)
dwt is a file "prototype" (or model) and does not take you behind the info on the interface!Of course you're hot, huh? !
