Good morning, I have the following problem:

I have several imported cone logs like *.iges by autocad.
I collect a 3d sketch to recreate a single cone trunk, adding the geometry of the major base and the minor base and I carry out the 3d model as a supericie via loft.

why does it also generate that edge/line highlighted in the image? It is a problem because when I create the sheet it gives me how to cut the line geometry and I don't need the cutting geometry on that line but exactly on the other side mirrored.

How can I do that?

Thank you.spigolo.webp

If there is a discontinuity of the original sketch profile in that position, I see it hard,
otherwise the separation in the sheet can also create it with 2 points, or separate with an extrusion

the original sketch is created in autocad by means of "loft" of two circles having a very precise position.

once imported into inventor he automatically creates that line of the trunk.
If I insert a separation point on the other side, once the sheet is developed, it generates two cones seeds.
I don't know how to fix

If in autocad you used the loft command, then you can't talk about sketch .. a sketch is 2d stuff created with simple primitive graphics.
only matters the sketches in inventor and then the loft you do it with the hopper-lamiera and so separate where you want!!
with other "accrocchi, do not go anywhere!!
