flat suction design

good morning to all, I should draw a plate with an aspiration system, practically it is an 8 cavity mold, each of which extracts a piece (as you already know) there is also the materozza that falls during the extraction. In practice I should design this plate which should collect all the materozzes that are discarded during the extraction process in a single tank (let's call it that). plate height 446mm, plate width 246mm, plate thickness 35,90mm, interassess between the holes 80 mm and diameter 68 for each cavity. the plate should not be as thick as the mold would no longer go in line.
attach plate image with 8 cavities. How would you do that?

I forgot to say that the suction system must stand up, with a diameter hole of about 30mm, with at the bottom of the plate that I should design a small collector of straightnesses.

to say the truth with proe does not really hit anything. first you need to know prices and sizes of the materozzes to calculate the strength to be achieved through the aeraulic system.
Surely you will need to use a blower with an average vacuum and a good filter to avoid the waste in the turn.
then you calculate flow and pressure to realize the fluid vein that takes away the materozzes.
If you don't make aeraulic calculations every day you'd better be assisted by a serious constructor painting of aspirators.

I also think of another hypothesis, which could partly reevaluate the figure of the boss.

I would say almost never works like this, certain choices if you do not know why they were made, you risk only taking tranvate in the teeth to built prototype.... and delivered to the customer... .
