Obviously there is no passage of liquids between the two tubes, therefore the best and cheapest solution, is to work only the tube (vertical of the t) on its head.
technically the cut as you want it and how it must be, ie perfectly combing for all thickness of 1.5 mm. you can get it with the most modern laser cutting equipped with:
1) Rotating chuck in the two forward-back ways.
2) laser mounted on cross slide for forward-back, ascent-descent, right-left rotation and high-low beaking.
the tip of these lasers is very tapered to allow those cuts close to the tangent.
These laser cutting, are then indispensable when both tubes are to be worked to ensure passage of liquids without encountering unwanted protrusions, so it serves the perfect coupling, both for equal diameters and for different diameters, complanar or disassati.
