From this point of view catia is very pignolo.... if it tells you that the profile is open you just have to analyze (zoomando) the area of interest and proceed to correction. . .
I sometimes try to correct an open profile deforms the lines that form this open space. to block this effect I make right-click on the two lines and choose the option "fixed" in this way lines cannot move from that position. . .

You're kidding me. and you were both clear, both stef and hairy.
But I wanted to show you something: take a look at the sketch attached you will find that entering the analysis and clicking on a side of the perimeter of the future hole of the centin, 7 out of 8 elements are drawn in orange (implied profile - 7 curves) and the eighth element below remains in yellow.

Now I don't understand how it can be opened (I assume that the problem is there) if there are tangence symbols (but I also see concentric circles right on the point of tangency (to understand why).

I think I have enlarged enough to exclude, at least visually a discontinuity.
Is there a sort of connection/union to close the curves?

I think you didn't zoom enough. There's a discontinuity in those areas that can depend on two causes.

1) the line or circle are not completely extended to the point of tangency and therefore there is a discontinuity between them (see discontinuity only if you zoom very high)

2) the line or the circle are extended beyond the necessary i.e. extend beyond the tangency point
anyway in both cases if you use the wreck command present in the sketch and selecting the line and circle you should solve the problem

in the sketch analysis panel (the one suggested by stef) there is the "close" option.
Try that. alternatively try to erase and remake projections and fillets.
